How to customise my online store?

The following customisation options are available to HitPay online store users:

  1. Add a company/brand logo
  2. Customise Store Design
  3. Add a store cover image
  4. Define the cover image size
  5. Customise the online store buttons and background color
  6. Define the product layout
  7. Define the image layout
  8. Add Pages

1. Add a company/brand logo 

Navigate to Settings > Business:

Click on the upload button to add your company/brand logo:

2. Customise Store Design

Navigate to Online Shop > Store Design:

3. Add a store cover image

Click Homepage > Store Cover:

Click upload button to add your cover image:

You can upload multiple images, each image will be displayed for 3 seconds.

4. Define the cover image size

Click Homepage > Store Cover:

Select your cover size by selecting L for large cover or M for medium cover size, you can preview your cover on the right side of the screen:

5. Customise the online store buttons and background color

Click on Homepage > theme

Select your theme by selecting one of the options provided:

  • Default
    • Dark blue button
    • White background

  • Light
    • Grey button
    • White Background

  •  Custom

6. Define the product layout

Click on Homepage > layout:

Select your product layout by selecting one of the options provided:

  • Large - display 3 product columns

7. Define the image layout

Click on Homepage > layout:

Select your image layout by selecting one of the options provided:

  • Landscape
    • Useful if most of your products visuals are wider than taller

  • Square
    • Useful if most of your product visuals are equally tall and wideScreenshot_2022-09-09_at_5.20.54_PM.png
  • Portrait

8. Add Pages

Click Content Pages > Add a Page:

Add the page title and description and click on done:

Once you are satisfied with all your changes, click the Save button followed by X to return to HitPay Dashboard:
