Upon the customer attaching a card to a plan, you will receive an email notification and the status of the subscription in the HitPay dashboard moves from scheduled status to active status:
Upon clicking on the subscription, you can view the customer's attached card details and the first charge in the Timeline section. You can also add notes to the timeline by clicking Add Note.
