Singapore Merchants
HitPay merchants can choose to automatically pay into their bank account as per standard payout schedules or hold funds in HitPay or get paid on a weekly or monthly basis.
Hold Funds in HitPay
Below are the steps to hold funds in HitPay and opt in to manually payout your HitPay balance.
Navigate to Sales and Reports > HitPay Balance
Click on Available to Pay Out
Click on the link highlighted below
Select Manual as the payout mode as highlighted below
Please note that when you select Manual as the mode of payout, you will no longer be able to see which transactions are bundled in a payout.
Automatic Weekly or Monthly Payouts
To enable automatic weekly or monthly payouts, click on here as shown below
Select Automatic Payouts and select Daily, Weekly or Monthly Payouts.
