Customers receive email order confirmations immediately upon payment of products using HitPay Checkouts.
Merchants can update the status of the shipping order in the HitPay app on desktop or mobile. Buyers instantly get notified by email once merchants update the order or shipping status.
1. Click on Orders
2. Click on the Pending tab
3. Click on View order details on the relevant order item
4. Click on Update under the status tab
5. Enter the order status in the message box with relevant details on the shipping courier name and shipping tracking id. If the item has been shipped, checkmark 'Mark as Shipped'
