You can create a HitPay account by visiting https://dashboard.hit-pay.com
Step 1: Create A HitPay Account
Click Create Account and follow the instructions in the account creation page:
Upon clicking Create Account, complete all the fields as required in the HitPay onboarding page:
Confirm your email address by entering the verification code sent to your email address. You can retrieve this by checking your email inbox or spam/junk folder. If you have not received the email, you may click the Re-send code option:
The information that may be asked from you may slightly differ based on your country of registration. You may check our supported Countries here:
Step 2: Account Verification
Complete your account verification as a company or individual, depending on your country of registration. Click here to learn why you are required to complete account verification.
Some countries can only onboard registered businesses.
You can verify your HitPay account by going to your Overview Page or going to your Account Verification page, whichever is available for your country of registration.
Option 1: Go to Overview Page then click Verify Your Identity and Verify Business Account buttons:

Identity Verification is a Personal Verification process for the business owner or authorized company representative. This is to ensure that the person signing up is not an impersonator as this is part of our obligations as a regulated entity. All information and documents collected are for our internal use only and will not be distributed.
Business Account verification is the Business verification process for the registered company that will be using the HitPay Payment Gateway. This is to ensure that the businesses are legitimate and are in compliance with HitPay's Product Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Verification of accounts may be immediate (if via Singpass for Singapore-based merchants) or maximum 2-3 business days upon submission of requirements.
Step 3: Enable Payment Methods for Your HitPay Account
Upon completing account verification, navigate to Settings > Payment methods and activate the payment methods that you are interested in. You can also refer to the following link for more details. The available payment methods on this page is dependent on your country of registration.
Step 4: Activate payment methods in your sales channel
Navigate to payment gateway > integration and enable the activated payment methods for your desired sales channel. Refer to the guide here.
