You can issue full customer refunds for individual transactions by navigating to Sales and Reports from the HitPay app menu, tap on the relevant transaction and click on Refund Transaction by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
There are no charges or fees for issuing refunds.
Please note that refunds for domestic card transactions should always be done using HitPay.
Any refunds for transactions done using HitPay done from the Stripe dashboard will result in an unsuccessful customer refund.
