Singapore-based merchants are able to receive PayNow payments from their customers. Here are the fees involved in processing PayNow payments.
PayNow via HitPay Point of Sale (POS)
When PayNow is used for in-person payments, the fee is as follows:

To process POS transactions, simply navigate to Point of Sale on Web Dashboard or open your HitPay POS app > navigate to Point of Sale > click Charge > select PayNow from the payment methods list.
Note that this POS rate is only applicable to regular PayNow users. If your business is activated for DBS Max, your PayNow POS rate is your custom PayNow rate or the Online Payment rate.
PayNow via Online Payments
When PayNow is used for online payments, the fee is as follows:

Online payments are completed via payment checkout page/link. These are usually generated by creating a direct Payment Link, creating an Invoice, checking out from the HitPay Online Store, website checkout using integration plugins, and via direct API integration to a custom-built website.
