Anti-Harassment Policy
HitPay is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both our customers and employees. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment. This includes:
- Verbal Abuse: Any abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at our employees or other customers.
- Threatening Behaviour Any form of intimidation, threat, or harassment, whether verbal or physical.
Violations of this policy may result in warnings or the temporary suspension of services to your account. Sustained patterns of harassment behaviour will lead to further action, including possible permanent suspension of services and, if necessary, legal action.
Temporary or permanent suspension for breaches of our anti-harassment policy will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance.
