2. Low-Quality or Incomplete Account Information
If, in the reasonable discretion of HitPay, the account information provided by a user, including but not limited to HitPay account details, is deemed to be of low quality, incomplete, or lacks sufficient detail to inspire confidence in the legitimacy of the business using HitPay's services, HitPay reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on the user's account or specific transactions related to the account.
3. Examples of Details and Actions
Examples of low-quality or incomplete account information may include, but are not limited to:
3.1. Business Website:
Incomplete or non-functional website URLs.
Websites lacking essential business information, such as contact details or a clear description of products/services, a checkout page, or having dubious customer reviews
3.2. Proofs of Business Activity
Inauthentic or outdated business registration documents.
Unable or unwilling to provide credible documentation supporting the nature of the business activities conducted.
4. Actions by HitPay
HitPay may take the following actions, without limitation, in response to low-quality or incomplete account information:

HitPay may impose restrictions on the user's account, limiting access to certain features or functionalities in line with HitPay’s High Risk Transaction policy
4.2. Transaction Review:
HitPay may subject specific transactions associated with the user's account to enhanced review procedures.
4.3. Documentation Request:
HitPay may request additional documentation or information, such as proofs of business activity, to verify the legitimacy of the business.
4.4. Transaction Delays:
HitPay may delay the processing of transactions associated with the user's account for further investigation and fraud prevention.
5. User Cooperation
Users are expected to cooperate with HitPay by promptly providing any requested additional information or documentation. Examples include, but are not limited to, proofs of business activity or an updated business website. Failure to cooperate may result in further account restrictions or suspension of services.
