HitPay's reports offer valuable insights into your business, allowing you to export data on your HitPay sales. To access the reports, simply visit the HitPay Dashboard and navigate to Sales & Reports.
Reports available on HitPay Dashboard
| Report Type | Description |
| Sales Summary |
Shows a general overview of sales from a given time period. The report includes gross sales, refunds, net sales, fees and net collected.

| Sales by Payment Method |
Shows a summary of the number of payments, gross sales, net collected and any associated fees from the various payment methods transacted via HitPay. |
| Sales by Products (Detailed) |
Shows a detailed breakdown of any product sold and the quantity sold in each order. Learn more here. |
| Sales by Products (Summary) | Shows an aggregated summary of total sales for each product. |
Downloading Reports
To download a report, click on the Export button and filter by channel and date.
