This preliminary stage allows us to establish a strong foundation for the quality service that HitPay stands for. While we understand that this may slightly alter your expectations, rest assured that this approach is in place to foster a secure environment where your customers can transact with confidence.
In the initial phase of your partnership with HitPay, we will hold onto your payouts securely for a period of up to 90 days following a transaction. This measure is implemented to ensure that each transaction is genuinely fulfilled and that products reach your customers as expected. After a period, your funds will be promptly be available for being paid out to your account.
To initiate the release of payouts for specific transactions processed through HitPay at an earlier time, it is essential to furnish conclusive evidence demonstrating both the transaction's occurrence and the successful delivery of goods or services to the respective customer. This substantiating evidence must encompass a comprehensive transaction invoice, explicitly outlining the nature of the goods or services rendered to the customer. Additionally, validation of shipment or delivery to the designated customer address is imperative. The preferred proof of delivery should encompass pertinent details such as the recipient's address and a comprehensive description of the package or goods in question. Your proactive approach in having and being prepared to furnish these details to HitPay’s compliance team (compliance@hit-pay.com) will contribute to a smoother transition to faster payouts on our platform.
2. Unlocking Swifter Payouts: Establishing a Trusted Selling History
At HitPay, we value your dedication and hard work in building your brand and satisfying your customers. With time, your consistent commitment will pave the way for faster access to your funds. Each month, our team will diligently review your account to determine if a portion or the entirety of your sales proceeds can become immediately available. As you accumulate a positive and trusted selling history with HitPay, you will experience faster access to your hard-earned funds via automatic payouts the next day, showcasing the mutual trust that underpins our partnership.
