When running a business, it is important to discover insights about your sales. Be it for analytics, reconciliation or closing, viewing sales data is important. With HitPay, you can easily view your sales reports from either the Web or Mobile App.
Reports available on HitPay web dashboard

How to view sales reports from HitPay Dashboard?
Step 1: Open your Dashboard > Payments > Reports:
Step 2: Click on export beside the report you would like to view.
Step 3: Set appropriate filters & click on Download. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device.
Step 4: Open the CSV file with excel/spreadsheet app.
How to view sales reports from HitPay App?
Step 1: Open Reports. You can either access this from the Transaction History page or from Tools.

Step 3: Set appropriate filters. You can filter by date, location and users. Cashiers will only be able to view their own transactions and cannot view other user's transactions.
Step 4: Print your report.

HitPay Report Widget on iOS
Installing the HitPay Widget
Step 1: From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
Step 2: Tap the Add button 
in the upper-left corner.
Step 3: Select the HitPay widget and select the widget type you would like to add. We provide a small & medium widget view.
Step 4: Tap Add Widget. Tap Done.
Customising the HitPay Widget
Step 1: Long press on the HitPay widget from your home screen.
Step 2:Click on "Edit Widget"
Step 2: Select your filters. You can update the following fields:
- Business
- Date Range
- Data (choose 2 for small widget, choose 4 for medium widget)
- Gross Sales
- Number of Sales
- Refunds
- Net Sales
- HitPay Fees
- Net Collected
