Step 5: Connect HitPay and Authenticate using API Keys Now that you have the HitPay Zapier App installed, it's time to connect your HitPay account and authenticate using the API keys.
- In Zapier, click on "Make a Zap" to start creating a new zap.
- Choose "HitPay" as the trigger app.
- Select the specific trigger event you want to use. Available triggers include:
- Charges (created and updated): This trigger occurs when a new charge is created or an existing charge is updated in your HitPay account.
- Payouts (Create): This trigger occurs when a payout is created in your HitPay account.
- Invoice (Created): This trigger occurs when a new invoice is created in your HitPay account.
- Follow the prompts to connect your HitPay account. Enter the API Key that you obtained from the HitPay dashboard.
