How do I add or update my bank account for payouts?

Adding a bank account for payouts is a requirement upon completing the onboarding process for your HitPay account. You will not be able to process payments until a bank account has been added to your account for payouts. You can follow the steps below if you want to add a new bank account: 

Adding a new Bank Account for Payouts 

Step 1. Navigate to Settings > Bank Accounts > Click Add bank account:

Step 2. Enter your bank account details:  Step 3. Tick the checkbox for HitPay and Stripe.

Step 4. Enter your account password then click Create. 

Updating/Editing an existing bank account 

Bank Account updates can currently only be updated by our Compliance team to ensure the security of your account and funds. 

Kindly send your email request to update your bank account details to [e-mail] using your registered email address so that our team can assist you further.
