There are times when the information submitted by merchants during their account registration and verification are no longer up to date. You may update your account's basic information anytime directly from your Hitpay dashboard.
Step 1. Navigate to Settings > Business:
Step 2. Update the necessary fields
- Business Logo - appears at Online Shop, checkout pages, and receipts
- Name - registered business name
- Display Name - name you want to appear to your customers
- Address field - appears on Invoices and Fee Invoice Reports
- Statement Description - what appears on your customer's bank statement
- Phone Number - business contact number
- Email - your Hitpay account's business email
Step 3. Once the update has been completed, click Save Changes.
