It can be very time-consuming to manually add customer details individually especially if you already have an existing customer database. Save time in adding customer details by using the bulk upload feature!
Step 1. Navigate to Customers tab then click Add Customers in bulk:
Step 2. Download the invoice feed template CSV file with the Download button:
Step 3. Fill in these details inside the CSV file:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Remarks
Step 4. Once done, upload the completed file with the Choose File button here. Your customer database will be added to your Hitpay account:
