Merchants can use the Hitpay POS app to send refund receipts to their customers via email every time they perform refunds of payments.
This can be done by following these steps:
Step 1. Open the Hitpay POS app and click the specific transaction you want to refund:
Step 2. Click the Refund button then enter the amount to refund:
Step 3. Once the refund is successful, click Share Receipt button:
Step 4. Enter the email address where you want to send the refund receipt to then click Send:
Step 5. Your customer will receive the refund receipt on the email address you entered:
