How to Order Terminals from HitPay Online Store
Step 1: Navigate to the HitPay Online Store at: HitPay Online Store
Step 2: Choose the terminal you would like to purchase.

Step 3: Scroll down the online store to explore additional devices that can enhance your POS sales and customer experience.
Step 4: After selecting your desired products, click the Cart icon, review your orders, and proceed to checkout.
Step 5: Fill in your details on the Order Confirmation page, then click Pay and complete the payment.
Step 6: Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email from HitPay.
Important Information Regarding Terminal Orders and Usage:
1. Terminals will only work with verified HitPay account with activated Card payment method
- please ensure your HitPay business account is fully set up before placing a terminal order. The HitPay team also strongly recommends using your registered email address when placing a terminal order as we conduct account check for each order. Failure to use your registered email address may result to longer fulfillment time for your order.
2. Terminal orders, once shipped, are nonrefundable
- Terminal orders are nonrefundable once shipped. HitPay Merchants must ensure that all account requirements are met before placing an order. Refund requests due to account issues, unfortunately, cannot be entertained.
3. Terminal orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed
4. HitPay provides a one-year limited warranty for all HitPay Terminal Orders
