You can now customise your order form to add additional questions and you can also choose if phone and remarks will be included and mandatory:
Below are the steps involved in customising your order confirmation page.
Step 1. Navigate to Online Shop > Settings:
Step 2. Choose if you would like to include and make phone number and remarks mandatory:
At the bottom of the settings page you will see the Order Form Customasation section. Make the changes accordingly:
- If Include is checked the field will be displayed on the order confirmation page. If it is unchecked the field will not be displayed.
- If you would like to make an included field compulsory click on the Mandatory checkbox.
Step 3. Add additional questions to your order confirmation page.
If you have extra questions that you would like to display on your confirmation page, click on Add additional field, followed by the question title and type:
There are five question type available:
- Text
- Long Text
- Dropdown
-
Radio
- Checkbox
Select the most appropriate type for your question and click on Add field. Once you have added your question you can decide to make it mandatory or not:
Your order confirmation form is complete! You can go to your Storefront > Order confirmation page to see how your form looks like.
